Registration Process

Registration Fees

• You must be a member of the Politzer Society to apply for this category. Non-members are requested to apply for membership by visiting the Politzer Society homepage: Politzer Society Membership
• Emerging Countries: Bangladesh, Bhutan, Bolivia, Cambodia, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, The Philippines, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam
• Students are requested to submit a certificate of enrollment or certificate of employment upon registration. The certificate must have been issued within three months of the registration date.

Registration Includes:

• 1. Admission to all scientific sessions
  2. Access to exhibition area
  3. Welcome reception
  4. Certificate of attendance
  5. Program book
  6. 2-time lunches

Payment Methods

• Credit Card

  1. Registration fees may be paid by credit card, only through the secure online registration system at www.politzer2026.org.
     * Only VISA, MasterCard and JCB are accepted.
  2. Registration confirmation will be sent to you via email right after the completion of online registration.

• Bank Transfer

  1. A copy of the bank transfer statement with the participant’s name, address and payment details on it, should be sent to the secretariat by e-mail at reg@politzer2026.org.
  2. Your registration is only complete with the full payment of registration fees. Upon receipt of your full payment, a confirmation letter will be sent to you within three weeks.
  3. All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  4. Checks are not accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 1. All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT +9).
  2. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to reg@politzer2026.org by August 31, 2026.
  3. All refunds will be made within 2 months after the completion of Politzer 2026 Seoul according to the following policy.
  4. * Cancellations by April 30, 2026: The processing fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the reimbursement.
  5. * Cancellations From May 1 to August 31, 2026: You will receive a 50% refund of the total fee. The processing fee of USD 50 will be deducted from the reimbursement.
  6. * Cancellations on and from September 1, 2026: NO REFUND will be made for cancellations received on or after this date.
  7. If you do not attend the symposium without a written notice of cancellation, no refund will be made.
  8. All bank service charges are to be paid by registrants.
