Invitation Letter

Upon the confirmation of your full payment, you can download an official invitation letter of WCA 2026 Seoul on [My Page]. This invitation letter may assist in facilitating your travel and visa arrangements and DOES NOT GUARANTEE the issuance of travel or visa documents.

VISA

Along with a valid passport (at least 6 months validity), Korean Visa may be required to enter the Republic of Korea. For more accurate information, participants are advised to contact the Korean diplomatic missions abroad, or visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.

K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization)

The K-ETA is required for foreign nationals who intend to enter the Republic of Korea for tourism, visiting relatives, participating in events or meetings, or business purposes other than profitable activities. Nationals of visa-waived countries and nationals of designated visa-free countries need to apply for a K-ETA. You should apply for the K-ETA at least 72 hours prior to boarding the flight or ship bound for the Republic of Korea. However, due to an unexpected increase of applications, the result may not be notified within 72 hours.
